Grinder as the perpetrator in the rape and murder of Julie Helton in Macon, MO, and the test that exonerated Terry Harrington of the murder of John Schweer in Council Bluffs, IA.

SSA Smith is a scientist with the Behavioral Science Unit at the FBI Laboratory.
