Dr. Richardson is a former FBI scientist who has testified as an expert witness in over 200 cases. He collaborated with Dr. Farwell in a study of Brain Fingerprinting testing on FBI Agents. He also assisted Dr. Farwell in developing the stimuli for the test that identified J. B. Grinder as the perpetrator in the rape and murder of Julie Helton in Macon, MO, and the test that exonerated Terry Harrington of the murder of John Schweer in Council Bluffs, IA.

SSA Smith is a scientist with the Behavioral Science Unit at the FBI Laboratory. She conducted research on Brain Fingerprinting testing with Dr. Farwell that was accepted for publication in the Journal of Forensic Sciences. [Farwell, L. A. and Smith, S. S. (2001). She was a reviewer of Dr. Farwell's research for the CIA in November, 1993.
